Honor Malaysia just sent out a teaser photo for a phone launch happening 12 December (next month). From the looks of it, it's most likely the Honor 7X.

UPDATE 13/12/2017: The Honor 7X has officially debuted and will go for RM1099. But if you want to get it for RM999, wait for 18 December 2017 when there will be a special flash sale for the device from 3pm-4pm.

Also announced was the Honor View 10, an AI-enhanced new Honor flagship that will make an appearance 15 January 2018. We're expecting it to cost somwhere around the sub-2k mark, and it will offer the Kirin 970 processor with 6GB of RAM, 128GB of storage and an 18:9 Full HD Full View Display, along with a decent 3750mAh battery.

The current Chinese version of the phone comes with a Kirin 659 processor, Mali-T830 MP2 GPU, 4GB of RAM, Full HD 5.93in display with a 18:9 ratio and a dual-camera setup (16MP/2MP) on the rear. The front cam is 8MP.

The battery comes with 3340mAh of juice, while for charging, there's a Type-C USB port. Fingerprint sensor? Check, on the back.

The phone's launch price in China was RMB1700 (RM1070) for the 64GB variant and RMB2000 (RM1260) for the 128GB version.

Malaysian pricing and availability have yet to be announced, but it's likely Huawei will have preorders of the phone out by early December.
