4G and VoLTE has become a key feature for any smartphone under a budget, so naturally Intex has gone ahead and made it a necessity.

First up is the 5in Intex Aqua Supreme+ with a 1.3Ghz quad-core processor and 2GB RAM. The Aqua Supreme+ has a 13MP rear and 5MP front facing camera with dual LED rear flash. The 16GB storage can be expandable upto 128GB and the 3000 mAh battery is a powerhouse for long local commutes.

Boring stuff aside, this phone is Intex’s first multilingual smartphone. That means you can text your buddy in 21 different languages. And it uses the popular regional operating system, Indus OS, our very own home brewed OS that gives uber useful features to the Indian masses. Talk about Digital India in your preferred language.

A special feature called ‘Indus Swipe’ helps translate and transliterate the text from English to a preferred regional language and vice versa. The Aqua Supreme+ is priced at ₹9,490 and is available now.

The Aqua Crystal sports a nice front and back glass body with a 5in HD IPS display. It has a 8MP rear and 5MP front facing camera with 1GB RAM. The 8GB storage is too less to work with, but it can be expandable to 128GB and the 2100 mAh battery should be sufficient. It houses a 1.25GHz + 64 bit quad-core processor.

Unfortunately for all you multilinguals, this phone doesn’t use Indus OS but Android Marshmallow. It’s also loaded with Intex’s value added services such as LFTY, Tap & Buy, MiFon Security and Vistoso.

The Aqua Crystal is priced at 6,990.

The cheapest 4G smartphone by Intex ever. The Aqua 4.0. This 4in wonder has an Amoled display with 1.3 GHz quad-core processor and a 1500 mAh battery.

It has a 2MP rear and a VGA front camera with 512MB RAM and 4GB storage which can be expandable upto 64GB.

This phone is not beefed up on specs but it does have a very convincing price of 4,199.
