Seriously Facebook, if we were to keep account of all the hours we’ve spent on you, we’d probably collectively delete you from our phones.
Oh wait, who are we kidding? We’d probably just go back to scrolling through our Facebook feed anyway. But let’s waste less time on it by making your mobile Facebook surfing that much more efficient with the following tips.
Choosing filters during photo upload
Fact: you’ve taken that photo and you’re all too eager to post it on Facebook. But just as you’ve spent nearly five minutes thinking of a witty caption and about to tap that “Post” button, you notice that the photo could do with a touch of filter. Great. That means you’ve got to copy that whole caption and do the whole shebang again. Fortunately, you don’t have to.
How: It’s actually quite simple, just upload a photo in Facebook, and you’ll see a little bar sliding across the image. Now, swipe left or right on the image to select your filters, ranging from vintage to black and white.
Now, if you don’t see this working for you, don’t fret. This would seem to be a feature that’s slowly rolling out. For now, we’ve only seen this on iOS, and even then, not all iOS devices are created equal and have this feature yet.
