Oppo has already promised to bring in their 5G smartphones to us soon, and it looks like it's happening really soon as reports from Soyacincau and Lowyat shared that two Oppo smartphones have received SIRIM approval - one of which is likely a 5G smartphone, the Oppo Find X2 Pro.
The model numbers were listed as CPH2023 and CPH2025. The former is believed to be the normal Oppo Find X2 which is a 4G LTE model while the latter is the much expected Oppo Find X2 Pro which will have 5G. This same approval can be seen in countries like Thailand and India as well.
There isn't a lot of information formally revealed about the Oppo Find X2. Some rumours state that the device might feature a 2K + 120Hz screen and might add support for 65W SuperVOOC flash charging technology, together with it being possibly powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865.
Currently, everything is set at rumours but it's certain that Oppo is going all out to deliver more 5G smartphones to the Malaysian market. There's also the Oppo Reno 5G that's also rumoured to have been approved by SIRIM, so there's plenty to look forward to.
