If you've been excited about Bandai Namco's upcoming Dragon Ball Fighterz game (available on PC, PS4 and Xbox), the good news is that there'll be an open beta soon for console players.

Try before you buy

Those who preordered the game will get an early start – they can join the beta on 14 January from 12am PT (4pm Singapore time the same day). For everyone else, you’ll have to wait 16 January, same time.

PC players won't be included so they'll have to wait for the 26 January go-live date.

The game will include 24 fighters from the current FighterZ roster. Buying a season pass will give you access to an additional six characters. And if you preorder, you'll get to unlock two characters early, namely Super Saiyan Blue Goku and Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta.
