The newest addition to the Lamborghini Huracan family, the Lamborghini Huracan Evo is all set to hit the Indian roads (and the many potholes and speed bumps that come complimentary). Launched in New Delhi, the bright red Evo was the undisputed object of desire for the brief time we had access to it. With an output of 640 hp at 8,000 rpm with 600 Nm of torque, you start planning a bank robbery from the time you hear the launch price of ₹3.73 crores, but also wonder how far you’d get in it, given our pitch imperfect roads. It’s got a lot going right for it though. It features the new Lamborghini rear-wheel steering and a torque vectoring system working on the four wheels, for starters. At the heart of the car are new features - Lamborghini Dinamica Veicolo Integrata (LDVI): a CPU that controls every aspect of the car’s dynamic behaviour and Enhanced Lamborghini Dynamic Steering (LDS), that’s able to provide higher responsiveness in corners. All this, coupled with rear-wheel steering in order to ensure agility at low speed, as well as max stability in high-speed cornering in the most severe conditions. All infotainment such as Apple CarPlay with smartphone integration (on the 8.4in touchscreen with multi-finger gesture control) are at the driver’s disposal. With driving dynamics in place, you’d wish your daddy was Tony Stark coz so much perfection and luxury are the perfect fit only in his garage.
