Sound is an integral part of gaming and a good set of earphones will enhance your experience. Razer's aims to bring high durability and most importantly incredible sounds to people on the go with their new Razer Hammerhead and Razer Hammerhead Pro.
Massive bass thumpers
The Razer Hammerhead in-ear monitors (IEM) have a sonically optimised design. Paired with precision-tuned 9mm neodymium drivers, Razer claims that the earphones produce a strong bass while maintaining crystal clear mid-levels and highs. The earphones have been machined out of aircraft grade aluminum, giving them major durability and sports Razer's distinctive green and black colour scheme.
Considering that most people are going to have different ear hole sizes, Razer has graciously included three different sized ear-tips with every Hammerhead unit. This gives you a perfect fit, no matter how big your holes are. There's even a high-quality carrying case thrown in.
The Razer Hammerhead is available as a normal version at US$49.99 (RM160) and a Pro version at US$69.99 (RM224). The Pro version comes with an omni-directional microphone with an in-line remote for phone-call control.
Is it worth the extra US$20 extra? Stay tuned for our review when we get our hands (and ears) on it.
