Ordering Pizza Hut just got so much easier (and better)

Pizza Hut launches its new digital concept store and mobile app
We are part of The Trust Project What is it?

What exactly is a ‘digital concept store’ when it comes to pizza?

Think Digital Take Away Kiosks and greeting robots, in its first ever digital offering in Sunway Pyramid (and the first in Asia Pacific) The Digital Take Away Kiosks allow customers to order and pay by just tapping on a touchscreen. Additionally, it’s perfectly fine to stick around or go hit the head because they’ll give you a call when your order is done.

Sally and Sandy the greeting robots will play games with you and are a nice touch and will do well especially with the kids.

Servers at this store will also be equipped with tablets to ensure that your order is taken and made right from table to kitchen and back. There is also an Augmented Reality menu that brings animates your food and there’s also a game to keep you occupied while waiting for your pizza.

In conjunction with this launch, Pizza Hut has also officially launched its mobile app that helps you order pizza from the comforts of your own home. It features GPS locating which means the app will be able to detect where you are to help them deliver to the right place. We can also track our pizza as it is being sent to us.

To celebrate the mobile app, 35,000 pizzas are up for grabs with their ‘You Download, We Belanja’ promotion. Just download the mobile app, order a regular pizza and you’ll get another regular pizza for free but it’ll only be until 30 October. For more information, check out their website here.
