The OnePlus 2 is coming in another three weeks and as we get closer and closer to that date the company keeps dropping bombs on us. The latest reveal is that it will sport 4GB LPDDR4 RAM which pushes it up to the same level as the Mi Note Pro.
If we put together what the company has revealed so far, the anticipated device will be fitted with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 1.8GHz processor optimised for thermal efficiency and battery life, a USB type-C port and the most advanced fingerprint sensor (what OnePlus claims) which we think may be Qualcomm’s new Sense ID fingerprint sensor.
Looking at price, expect to pay more than the One Plus One as the upgrade of the processor will up the cost of the device. That aside we are expecting the price to be as low as US$322 but not higher than US$450 (stated by CEO Pete Lau) so that puts us within the range of RM 1227 – RM 1716 making it RM500 more than the current OnePlus One. The device is scheduled to be launched on July 27 (July 28 for Malaysians).
