Maxis' iPhone 6s and 6s Plus preorders opened at midnight, earlier today and things seem to be going smoothly so far. The price plans are pretty competitive when compared to DiGi, though we'll have to wait and see how Celcom and U Mobile will counter with their own price plans.

To drum up interest, Maxis is offering to deliver all its preorders within 24 hours, wherever a customer is (we're assuming it's within Malaysia). As to the pricing and plans, Maxis is offering both 12-month and 24-month plan durations.
With the iPhone being so much more expensive this year compared to last year, telco price plans will probably be an attractive option for those not wanting to spend upwards of RM3k for an iPhone.
An advance payment will be charged on top of the device price, but this payment will be rebated over a period of either 4 or 5 months, depending on the plan you choose.
MaxisOne plans start from RM128 a month, while the iValue plans start from RM100. You should probably consider MaxisOne for its unlimited talk time and SMS if you are a heavy voice/text user, while the iValue plans give you a more limited amount of minutes for a cheaper price.
