Lenovo’s new Phab 2 gets you a massive display at an not-so-massive price

And there’s even Dolby Audio Capture 5.1 360° sound recording

Yeah, even we thought phablets were on their way to extinction - what with the most famous one literally going up in smoke and users realising large-screen devices could be rather unwieldy. But nope, there’s a fresh crop of phablets out in the market

And one of the new devices is the Phab 2, Lenovo’s entry into the ‘affordable phablet’ end of the market. It’s got a 6.4in 720p display, a Mediatek 8735 quad-core processor, 3GB RAM, and 32GB storage.

If you’re wondering whether the display size would make it pretty useful for watching movies when travelling, you might be right - there’s also expandable storage (up to 128GB), a 4050mAh battery, dual-band WiFI, and Dolby Atmos audio.

But there’s more to the Phab 2 than this - Lenovo’s kitted it out with 360-degree sound recording tech from Dolby, it’s got a triple-mic array with noise cancellation, a 13MP rear camera with Augmented Reality special effects and a 5MP wide-angle camera at the front.

Keen on getting your mitts on a low-priced, big-screen device? The Phab 2 is exclusively available on Flipkart with an MRP of ₹11,999.
