Asus Zenfone C is a simplistic smartphone and affordable for everyone but the specs seem a little too simplistic with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage. Now you can step it up a little bit with the Asus Zenfone C Enhanced version that gives you double the RAM and storage capacity, and it's only RM60 more than the non-enhanced version.
The regular Zenfone C is priced at RM339 on DirectD but the Zenfone C Enhanced is merely RM60 extra at RM399 and it doubles up your RAM and storage. Everything else in the phone is pretty similar to the latter with a 4.5-inch 854 x 480p display reinforced with Gorilla Glass 3, the same 1.2GHz Intel Atom Z2520 dual-core processor, and you can expand your storage with a microSD up to 64GB.
Not much to expect from the picture quality as it is a low budget phone so the phone is fitted with a 5MP f/2.0 main camera and you get a basic VGA for a selfie camera. The phone can support dualSIM but as for network, it only supports 3G with HSPA= speeds. The Zenfone C Enhanced will be running on Android 4.4 KitKat overlapped with their own ZenUI running on top.
Basically the phone isn't much, but if you are on a tight budget and you need to get a smartphone, then maybe yes but if you can pay more, then there are a lot more better phones out there that gives you bang for your buck.
