Apple iTunes 11 to arrive in the next few days?
While an iTunes update might not normally be something to get excited about, iTunes 11 isn’t a normal update. The latest version of the now rather outdated iTunes will bring the fight to Spotify with a more fully integrated iCloud player.
iTunes 11 has been a long time coming as Apple irons out the finer points. But now, according to a musician posting on the MacRumours forum, the fruit king has called in high-resolution images from artists and labels in preparation for an iTunes 11 launch in the next few days. How well that deeper iCloud integration and promised iOS 6 support works remains to be seen – check back soon for a full report.
