Nokia 800 Windows Phone 7 press shots spotted

Nokia World is looming, which means that the rumour mill is hotting up

We can’t wait for Nokia World next week. Not only did Steve Ballmer let slip Nokia’s plans to debut its Windows Phone 7 efforts at its annual event, but now leaked press shots claiming to be the N9-inspired 800 – or Sea Ray – have appeared on Pocket Now, showing Nokia’s first WP7 handset in all its official glory.

It feels like it’s been a long time coming, but if Ballmer is to be believed, we may be treated to the 3.7in Windows Phone 7 candybar next week in blue, black and pink hues. As well as the Sea Ray, Nokia is also expected to pull the curtain back on a handful of other purported WP7 smarties.

Your guess is as good as ours as to whether it’ll be the Sun, Sabre or Ace we’ve heard so much about. Rest assured, we’ll be at Nokia World next week bringing you all the latest gossip from Nokia as it happens.
