Nintendo Wii U European release date revealed

Ninty's next-gen tablet-come-console has finally been stamped with a delivery date that should keep Santa busy over Christmas

It’s been a while since we heard anything from the Wii U camp but Nintendo has now given its next-gen console a November 30th European release date, perfectly timed for Christmas.

Two versions of the Wii U will be available to gamers from launch day – the White basic pack and the Black premium pack. The former console has 4GB of memory while the latter packs in 8GB of flash storage, and both will come with the all-important GamePad.

A limited edition ZombieU Wii U bundle will also be available for fans of the undead but there’s still no word on pricing for any of the packs at this time. Stay tuned for more info, as and when we get it and check out our Nintendo Wii U need to know guide for a quick recap.
