Huawei Ascend P1 S – overview

Huawei is the new HTC. Get used to hearing that. Although, actually, it might be that Huawei is actually the new Motorola. See, until very recently, Motorola’s new RAZR was the thinnest Android phone about. Now that title belongs to Huawei’s Ascend P1 S.

That said, it’s not as noticable as you might think, perhaps owing to the P1 S’s reverse chin and protruding camera bump. The flatter parts of the Ascend’s rear are designed to distribute heat evenly and it’s slightly textured (though not so much as the RAZR’s weave effect casing).
