Samsung Galaxy Note 2 UK release date revealed

Shovel-handed gadgeteers listen up – the second coming of Sammy's gargantuan Note is right around the corner. Click on through for all you need to know

Samsung has revealed the Galaxy Note 2 will hit the UK on October 1st, hoping to impress big screen aficionados across the country with it’s 5.5in Super AMOLED display and improved S-Pen.

With 2GB RAM and a Samsung Galaxy S3-beating 1.6GHz quad-core Exynos processor powering Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, the Galaxy Note 2 is Sammy’s most powerful phone to date and will be the ultimate source of spec sheet Nirvana for those whose hands can handle its large dimensions.
