We’ve checked the date and by our watch it’s over three weeks early to be an April fool, but believe it or not, the latest MP3 accessory is a flat-panel-speaker-toting tool bag.And in homage to Home Improvement‘s show-within-a-show, Tool Time, it’s been named the Tune Time – very droll.Perfect for the builder without a tuneful whistle of their own, it’ll store all your kit in its durable, double-layer 6006 polyester innards. There are a generous 14 internal pockets and five external open ones, plus a slot for the all important mobile. The slimline audio gear is courtesy of NXT (who else?) and runs off three AAA batteries. It’ll plug in to any MP3 player or a phone with a standard 3.5mm headphone jack.No word on how loud the cones are but they’ve got to beat the usual paint-splattered transistor radio when the hammering and sawing starts.
