Well, that was quick. Less than a day after Fallout 3’s “The Pitt” downloadable content was pulled from Xbox Live over some major issues with glitches, it’s back and available to download once more.

The DLC costs 800 Microsoft Points (£6.80 in real money), but is free for anybody who downloaded and paid for the original corrupted version earlier this week. You’ll need to remove the bad file first, though, by signing into Xbox Live, going into the Memory section of System Settings and deleting the offending content by hitting A. Don’t delete anything else by mistake while you’re in there though, or you could lose one of your precious game saves.

The Pitt offers Fallout 3 players a whole new area to explore: a post-nuclear re-imagining of Pittsburgh full of raiders and hideously mutated, er, mutants.
