Huawei lining up Google Android phones for February

Chances are, you've never heard of Huawei. But the Chinese mobile giant is preparing a major assault on Europe next month, bringing along their new line of Google Android–packing phones.

According to our buddies at Electric Pig, Huawei, who are best known in the UK for being behind your mobile broadband dongle, will land in Barcelona next month with the aim of stealing the limelight from the likes of Sony Ericsson.

Android is set to dominate Mobile World Congress, with Samsung, HTC, T–Mobile and Sony Ericsson all expected to show off their new models at the event. And of course, we'll be there, bringing you all the news as it happens,
