Asus Transformer Prime launching on November 9?

The sleek quad-core powerhouse may hit our shores sooner than we think...

A leaked investor slide from Asus has cranked our geekometers up to 11 by revealing a tantalisingly close November 9th launch date for the Asus Transformer Prime tablet.

Arriving with Gingerbread – with a future Ice Cream Sandwich update confirmed – the Asus Transformer Prime will pack Nvidia’s Tegra 3 quad-core Kal-El processor, a USB port and a 10.1in screen into a sleek 8.3mm body.

No word on official launch dates or pricing as of yet, but we expect the information floodgates to open more as D-Day approaches.
