Asus Transformer Prime and Infinity Jelly Bean update imminent

Good news for owners of Asus' transforming super-tablets as news of an incoming Android 4.1 update hits the interwebs

Asus has announced via its Facebook page that Transformer Prime and Transformer Infinity owners will soon be able to update their beloved slates to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean in the very near future.

That means Transformer owners will soon be able to experience the delights of resizable widgets, improved search and Project Butter – for the full lowdown on Jelly Bean, check out our Android 4.1 Jelly Bean need to know.

There’s no word on the Transformer Pad 300 as of yet, but we’ll keep our ears pinned for a solid release date for the entire keyboard-loving trio and keep you updated as always.
