Sony Ericsson confirms PlayNow Movies plans

Amid all the frenzy of phones here at MWC, Sony Ericsson has said it's plotting a movies on–demand service for mobiles to match its PlayNow Arena musi

The service, called PlayNow Movies, was sketched out briefly here in Barcelona, with punters paying up front to have flicks delivered to their phones. Think of it like Nokia Comes With Music, but for films rather than crassly marketed indie pop.

We’ll be getting a better idea of what to expect when we hit SE’s stand tomorrow, so stay tuned for more news as we get it.
