Orange Music Store goes DRM-free
Orange has announced it will be offering its customers over 700,000 DRM-free music tracks in a major shake up of its Music Portal.DRM-free downloads h
DRM-free downloads have already been secured with the likes of Universal Music, EMI Music and some independents, however Orange is hoping to add to this in the next few months.
Similarly to the recent move by iTunes, the Orange Music Store has opted for a tiered pricing scheme, with prices starting from 79p.
Any track you buy will be downloaded to your PC and over the air to your mobile, but only charged once. Of course, once you have it you can move it on to as many devices as you want to. God bless DRM-free.
