Google Goggles and Voice Search have made the leap from mobiles to your desktop browser. The company’s desktop Voice Search means you’ll have a better excuse to bark at your browser than slow page loads, while Search by Image brings Goggles-esque picture skills to your desktop – drag, drop, search.
In another evolution of the world’s most popular search engine, Instant Pages renders the top search result in the background giving you near-instant access to the most relevant site. In theory. Expect the Instant Pages first in the next Chrome beta release, while Voice Search on Google and Search by Image on Google Images will be with us all soon.
