Leica’s M10 is slimmer and spendier

But no less spendier

Leica fans, of which there are legion, have been spooked by recent new Leica cameras featuring such techno-witchcraft as video. So the M10 is a bit of a sanity check. No video. But we’re OK with that: it still has a 24.2MP CMOS sensor, with a processor powerful enough for 5fps continuous shooting at full RAW resolution. And, it does have some modern heathenry in the forms of Wi-Fi, GPS and a bigger LCD screen. It’s thinner than the previous M, at 34mm, which still makes it a bagger rather than a pocketer. But then, this is a £5600 Leica, not a toy.
