New thinner Apple iMac to be unveiled on October 23rd?

While the current Apple iMac is anything but fat, it looks like a refresh to the range is coming, and the all-in-one desktop is thinning down .

Components have leaked online showing Wi-Fi and Bluetooth antennas, fans, and a hard drive – that all look like an iMac innards. It also points towards a new tear-drop shaped design that includes a display directly attached to the cover glass – making it even thinner.

Apple is expected to announce the iPad Mini on October 23rd and since iMac stock is running low – a typical sign of a refresh – we expect to see the new desktop unveiled on that day too. Fingers crossed for a touch-sensitive Retina Display.
