Gadget of the Day – Blaze Sega Mega Drive console

If you’ve never forgiven your Dad for selling your Megadrive in his annual car boot clearout, you’ll be as excited as we are to hear that Sega’s classic console is back.

Firebox has managed to pin down the Sega Mega Drive Twin Player console from Blaze, the same company behind the Megadrive handheld that caused a buzz last year.

Retro gamers will be thrilled to hear that not only does the machine come with fifteen cult classics, including Altered Beast, Alex Kidd and Golden Axe, but you can also dust off any old cartridges you might still have knocking around and bung them in as well.

Even better, this little beauty is region free, so your games will play wherever they’re from.
