Gadget drop tests are painful yet useful ways to gauge how much punishment your loyal bits of tech can take, but this Nexus 7 experiment was a little too brutal for even our internet-immunised minds.

Thrown from 20m high, it’s no surprise to see that Google’s 7 incher is busted wide open like a sausage that’s been over the flames a little too long.

Check out the video below then cuddle up to your own Nexus 7, assuring it that you’ll never be as careless, or as stupid.
