LG Prada Phone 3.0 hits Phones 4u on Friday 27th January

The style-conscious gadgeteers among you will be glad to hear that the LG Prada Phone 3.0 will be available for free on a £31/month contract at Phones 4u from tomorrow. If you sign on the dotted line before February you'll also get one year's worth of 4u Wi-Fi, available in over 6,000 locations in the UK.

The 4.3in, 8MP camera-toting smartphone will unfortunately be shipping with Android 2.3 Gingerbread, but LG has promised that an Ice Cream Sandwich update is on the way.

Specs wise, the LG Prada Phone 3.0 will pack in a 1Ghz dual-core processor and 1GB RAM beneath its slender 8.5mm body – more than enough to power the minimalistic monochrome Prada UI that has been skinned over the stock Android offering.
