MWC 2012 – LG Optimus Vu won't be arriving in the UK any time soon
An LG representative has confirmed with us that its Samsung Galaxy Note competitor the 5in LG Optimus Vu handset won't be hitting our shores for "at least one year to eighteen months".
The reason for this long wait is due to the UK's lack of a 4G or LTE network which will only be getting a small-scale rollout by the end of the year, courtesy of Everything Everywhere.
Disappointing news then for LG, but good news for Samsung whose Galaxy Note will remain unrivalled for the time being. Speaking of which, stay tuned for our LG Optimus Vu vs Samsung Galaxy Note hands on review, right here from the jam-packed MWC show floor in Barcelona.
