OnePlus 15R launch date confirmed with new tablet and smartwatch in tow
OnePlus has announced launch details for the OnePlus 15R, OnePlus Pad Go 2 and the OnePlus Watch Lite
OnePlus has confirmed the impending arrival of the long-awaited OnePlus 15R smartphone as well as the affordable OnePlus Pad Go 2 and OnePlus Watch Lite.
The company plans on fully unveiling the trio of devices on December 17, headlined by the sub-flagship OnePlus 15R. The company isn’t revealing the full specs, price or release date today, but the device is set to be a more affordable version of the recently released OnePlus 15. That handset earned a five-star review from Stuff earlier this month, with our reviewer calling it “the 2026 Android phone to beat” while citing its top tier performance, good looks and behemoth battery.
We can expect to see both the price and the specs toned down for the OnePlus 15R, which will arrive in charcoal black and mint green and have a “beautifully flat metal mid-frame design that enables IP69 durability ratings. The company is also promising a new camera deco “aligned at exactly 45 degrees from the top left corner.”
Next up is the OnePlus Pad Go 2 – the successor to the cheaper OnePlus Pad Go tablet that arrived in Europe last April. The company says the slate is designed to offer an accessible tablet in the midrange, which will feature an anti-glare glass display, integrated 5G and a new OnePlus Pad Go 2 Stylo stylus, which is a first for the series.
Finally, we have the OnePlus Watch Lite, which is available in silver steel and is “designed to bring flagship-level health and fitness features to an even more accessible price point.
OnePlus plans on revealing the full availability details over the coming weeks. The company is also promising loads of pre-order benefits for the OnePlus 15R and OnePlus Pad Go 2 when those products go live.
