Zombies coming to Red Dead Redemption via DLC

Rockstar games has announced four new downloadable content packs for wild west rampage Red Dead Redemption, including one with zombies

There’s something very exciting about genres colliding, and that’s just what one Red Dead Redemption’s upcoming downloadable content packs promises.

The Undead Nightmare Pack, due out in autumn, is set to drop a horde of groaning foot-draggers in the middle of the Wild West. The pack includes a brand new single player adventure, eight multiplayer zombie characters, ‘additional animals unleashed in the world’ and more.

Three other DLC packs are also on the way, starting with the Legends and Killers Pack in August, to be closely followed by the Liars and Cheats Pack and the Free Roam Pack. Last but not least is Undead Nightmare Pack.

All packs are priced at $9.99 or 800 Microsoft Points, except the Free Roam Pack which is yet to be marked up.

These new packs follow on from the recent free DLC Outlaws To The End which added six new multiplayer missions to the game. You can find more details on all DLC for Red Dead Redemption on Rockstar Newswire.

All this zombie business has got us thinking – if Clint was still young, would he have made The Good, the Bad and the Undead? We like to think so.
