This G-Shock Casioak deal is my top watch pick for Black Friday

Save 30% and get one of the best Casioaks around – this Tough Solar, Bluetooth-ready G-Shock is a steal

GBM-2100B-7AER on wrist deal

Casio may have just released the “perfect G-Shock” and now its rolling straight into its Black Friday sale, and one of the best offers is on the GBM-2100B-7AER. It was £249, and it’s now £174.30, so you’re saving 30% on one of the most popular shapes in the entire lineup.

This metal-covered Casioak feels like a greatest-hits version of the 2100 series. You get the familiar slim case, but the mix of a crisp white resin strap, a brushed stainless bezel, and a black dial with tiny flashes of orange gives it a bit more personality.

The vapour-deposited metallic finish makes the dial look far more premium than the price suggests, and the phosphorescent glow helps in low light without relying solely on the LEDs.

Everything you expect from a modern G-Shock is here. Tough Solar keeps it running with almost no effort, while Bluetooth handles the auto time-syncing so it’s always accurate.

Of course, it’s still shock-resistant and good for 200 metres of water resistance, and the double LED setup brightens both the analogue hands and the digital display.

World time for 300 cities, five alarms, a stopwatch, a countdown timer, and even a phone finder round out the usual G-Shock toolbox.

The size sits at 49.3 × 44.4 × 11.9mm and weighs just 72g. It hits that sweet middle ground between the full-metal G-Steel range and the classic resin 2100s.

And because it’s £174.30 instead of £249, it’s an easy one to recommend.
