Spotify drops a beat on Boxee

Spotify is making a habit of nesting itself in your living room – just last week it announced its arrival on Western Digital’s WD TV Live media player and today's announcement sees Boxee's boxes playing nice with the music streaming service.

You’ll need to be a Spotify premium subscriber (£10/month) to use the service, which will let you enjoy your library from the comfort of your sofa. Although playlist creation and management remains a pc/tablet-only affair for the time being, it's still good news for music junkies.
