Amazon Kindle Touch gets early UK release

Amazon, like a giant conglomerate Santa, is dishing out presents today in the form of early deliveries of its UK Kindle Touch ereader.

Amazon is so far ahead of schedule on its Kindle Touch so anyone who pre-ordered a Kindle Touch for its April 27th release will be receiving it as soon as today. And the touchscreen ebook reader goes on general sale today, too.

The Kindle Touch (Wi-Fi) costs £109, while the Kindle Touch 3G (inc. Wi-Fi) version is £169. Merry unchristmas, everybody.
