Asus Transformer Pad Infinity out 31 August

We reviewed the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity recently (read it here) and were enraptured by its speedy quad-core performance and retina-slicingly sharp 1920 x 1200 screen. It's our favourite Android tablet, basically. But we didn't know quite when it would be arriving for general sale.

Now we do: Asus has revealed that the slate – already on sale in the US and some European countries – will drop on 31st August. The £600 price tag will be for a 64GB Infinity bundled with a keyboard dock and for now there's no plans to stock the 32GB over here.
