This is a desk chair that I actually want to sit on… and have in my office

The LiberNovo Omni looks great and is super comfortable thanks to a bionic backrest system that adjusts to your posture and offers massages

Most desk chairs look like something ripped straight out of a boardroom, or they lean into gamer aesthetics. I currently sit on a SecretLab Titan Evo chair with recliner, which is super comfortable, but I’m not so keen on the design. That’s why the LiberNovo Omni instantly stood out at CES 2026. We’ve already reviewed the Omni and scored it five stars, but its back in a new colourway.

It’s a chair that looks good, feels inviting, and packs in smart features that go far beyond basic lumbar support. This is one of the very few desk chairs I would genuinely want to sit on every day and have permanently in my workspace.

LiberNovo has put a lot of thought into making the Omni feel more like a premium piece of furniture than an office chair. The new Moss Green colour looks great and is far removed from the usual blacks and greys that dominate the category. Paired with upgraded fabric, which blends linen, short-pile velvet, and wool, the whole thing feels softer and more refined than I expected from a chair.

The Omni is built around a bionic spine-mimicking support system that adjusts as you move. Instead of locking you into one fixed position, the chair is designed to respond in real time, shifting support as your posture changes throughout the day. That idea of the chair moving with you rather than fighting against you is what makes it feel genuinely different from other desk chairs I’ve used.

Comfort is the main focus here. The Bionic FlexFit backrest uses multiple adaptive panels and precision joints to follow the natural curve of your spine, aiming to reduce strain whether you are sitting upright or leaning back. There is also integrated OmniStretch massage built into the chair. For anyone spending long hours at a desk, the idea of having on-demand back massage built into your seat feels like a genuine quality of life upgrade. I tried it after a day of walking around Vegas and did not want to get back up.

The Omni also offers multiple seating modes, ranging from an upright position to deeper reclines. The full recline option turns the chair into something that feels closer to a high-end lounge seat than a traditional desk chair. I liked that the arm rests are moveable in almost every direction, so you can make sure this desk chair fits you.

Alongside the Omni, sLiberNovo offer accessories like the StepSync footrest and a new Cooling Cushion. The footrest is designed to create a zero-gravity style alignment, supporting your calves and improving circulation when paired with the chair. The Cooling Cushion uses high thermal conductivity materials to draw heat away from your body. Comfort really is the name of the game here.

The LiberNovo Omni is available from $803/£985. You can nab it directly from the brand in Moss Green, Midnight Black, and Space Grey.
