Spend even a few minutes scrolling through YouTube and you’re guaranteed to see something shot on an DJI Osmo Pocket 3. DJI’s innovative handheld action camera has quickly become a content creator staple, and right now you can bag one for yourself at the cheapest price we’ve seen.

During Black Friday, the Osmo Pocket 3 Creator Combo is up to 32% off, bringing prices down to $669/£389. That’s too good to pass up even if you’re not making a living from vlogging or social media.

Black Friday Week is here, and you can find all the best offers over on Amazon US and Amazon UK.

The headline discount is on the Osmo Pocket 3 Creator Combo, which comes with a DJI Mic 2 wireless microphone, tripod handle and battery handle attachments, and a carry case to cart it all around in. On Amazon UK it’s currently £460, a 26% dip from the usual £619 asking price; over at Amazon US, the same bundle will set you back $669 instead of $979.

The Osmo Pocket 3 on its lonesome hasn’t seen as big a discount in the UK, but a 20% reduction is nothing to sniff at – and takes £100 off the RRP, bringing it down to £389 from £489. In the US the camera by itself is $525, a significantl 34% reduction from the $799 retail price.

What makes the Osmo Pocket 3 a YouTube phenomenon? It’s packing a 1in CMOS sensor for starters, with the ability to shoot crisp 4K footage at up to 120fps. Then there’s the three-axis gimbal that ensures your shots are always steady. It’s got 10-bit recording and D-Log M for more advanced colour grading, too.

The stick-like shape makes it ideal for solo creators, with intuitive controls that keep your other hand free to interact with other things in your shot. The rotating 2in touchscreen makes framing a cinch, whether you’re recording for traditional 16:9 screens or smartphone-friendly vertical content. DJI’s ActiveTrack tech then does a great job of locking onto subjects and keeping them in the centre of the frame.

It also pairs perfectly with the firm’s wireless microphone range, including the most recent DJI Mic 3, so you can have professional-grade sound to go with your footage.
