Samsung details five new features for Samsung Galaxy S II ICS upgrade
Samsung has revealed the five new features bundled with its Galaxy S II Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0) update via its product planning team.
The uber-popular phone (we awarded five stars in our Samsung Galaxy S II review) now gets added security for Face Unlock that means users blink to gain access to their phone’s inner sanctum of apps, contacts and web history.
Sammy’s developers have also thrown in the self-explanatory Photo Editor, Beta Font to control text size and Snapshot, which adds the ability to take stills while recording video. Further personalisation tweaks are afforded with the less intuitively named S Go Launcher Pro that allows changes to the main screen and icons.
And the product team says those upgrades will soon be available for the Galaxy Note (read our Samsung Galaxy Note review here). Good times for Samsung owners, then. Even if we can imagine getting some funny looks while frantically blinking at our touchscreens.

Guys you REALLY need to read the original Samsung post again. The features you list as included in the Galaxy S II update are actually from the Galaxy S Value Pack! Thought it was a little suspect as SGSII already had a photo editor.
BTW the ICS update for Three SGSII is great, had to do a factory reset to stop the phone from randomly freezing though

ok i lied... ive been using ICS on on SGS2 for a month now. ITS WICKED. much better than gingy 2.3. Just updated to Thr33's Rom from SamMobile, hope it works just as good and all the bugs are ironed out.
