GTA III out now for PS3 in the PlayStation Store

Rockstar Games is clearly determined to get Grand Theft Auto III onto every gaming platform in the universe – now the vintage crim-sim is making its way onto the PlayStation 3.

GTA III was released on iOS and Android as the 10 Year Anniversay Edition to much excitement and now it’s back again as a download on PS3 for £8. But this is just the start – we can also expect to see Mirror's Edge, Marvel vs. Capcom: Origins, Starhawk, Realms of Ancient War, Hell Yeah! Wrath of the Dead Rabbit, and Final Fantasy III (PSP).

A quick race n' chase around Liberty City circa 2001 should set us up nicely for the upcoming Grand Theft Auto V, which still doesn't have a release date.
