Android apps and games on sale for 10p

Head on over to the Android Market today for the first in ten days of an Android bonanza – each day Google is picking ten premium apps and games, yours for just 10p.

Today, your cut-price apps and games include Minecraft: Pocket Edition (usually a whopping £4.29), Fieldrunners HD, Paper Camera, SwiftKey X Keyboard, Asphalt 6: Adrenaline HD and Shazam-rival SoundHound. There's also newbie strategy game Great Little War Game, Endomondo Sports Tracker and SketchBook Mobile.

Why the generosity? Well, Google hit 10 billion Android app downloads this weekend – a massive 4 billion of which have happened since July. Look out for more 10p Android apps and games over the next 9 days – now's the time to fill up the tank on your Android handset or tablet.
