We've seen plenty of renders of the Apple iPhone 5, and even shots showing the assembled phone. Now French blog Nowhereelse.fr has bagged shots of what it's claiming is a fully assembled iPhone 5 – which it's helpfully pictured next to the iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS for comparison.

The images confirm the rumours swirling around the iPhone 5 – showing that it's both taller and thinner than its immediate predecessor the iPhone 4S – thanks in part to a thinner in-cell touch panel screen.

The iPhone 5 is expected to arrive packing a 4in screen as well as a new smaller dock connector.
