Nokia E52 – work mobile gets the fun factor

We're huge fans of Nokia's BlackBerry–bashing E–series business mobiles. And not just because they help us fire off more emails per minute

So we’re really stoked about the latest model, the Nokia E52. From the outside it might look like a standard candybar, but it’s got plenty to keep both suits and tech savvy media fans more than happy.

There’s a stonking 8 hours of talk time, with a frankly insane 23 days of standby too. On top of that you get Nokia Messaging, Exchange support and Lotus Notes, so the office is always in your pocket.

Add to that HSUPA, HSDPA, AGPS, a 3.2MP camera and a free 60 day trial of Files on Ovi and you’ve got a cool, slim, viable alternative to the multimedia N–series.

It’s due to land in the second half of 2009, with a European price of 245 Euros. That should mean free on contract as long as you have the monthly readies.

For more E–series fun, have a peep at out unboxing of the Nokia E75.
