Kodak outs EasyShare M5370 for simple photo taking

Taking photos is as easy as 1, 2, 3 with Kodak's new EasyShare snapper

Kodak’s next-gen EasyShare Touch camera – the M5370 – may have a new compact design, but it shares much of its specs with its predecessor. So, there are still plenty of ways to tag and share photos when the camera’s docked, thanks to Kodak’s Share button and the Share Button App which automatically sends your photos via email or uploads them to the usual social network suspects with your friends already tagged. Only this time round, it crams in more pixels, upgrading from a 14MP to 16MP sensor.

Like the original, the M5370 packs a 3in touchscreen – a decent enough size to tap into its additional features such as its touch sensitive shutter button and effects features, like background blur or spot colour.

Special photo-enhancing shooting modes are also on hand, such as Kodak Film effects, photobooth and over 20 scene modes. A face recognition feature recognises up to five faces at a time; the same goes for its tagging feature.

Kodak’s simple shooter will be available at the end of the month in four colours – red, silver, blue and pink – for £130.
