HD video finally hits Sony Ericsson's Xperia Play in October
Xperia Play owners disappointed at the lack of HD video recording on their shiny Android handsets will rejoice at the news that an incoming 2.3.4 update will bless their devices with 720p video recording capabilities.
Xperia blog has reported that the Play will also receive the option to enable/disable the auto brightness feature, which should satisfy the control freaks out there, while a revealing tweet has revealed an October release for the update, so not too long to wait before some pocketable HD-recording goodness heads for mobile gamers everywhere.

all well and good lets hope its not as useless as sonyericssons own update that wont work because of "overload on server"what a load of tosh i love the phone just a shame it has so many problems (3 times returned to o2 in first 2 weeks)and then they lost all my games not impressed
