Hasbro sues Asus over the Transformer Prime name

Hasbro is suing Asus for infringing on its intellectual property with the Transformer Prime, which it believes is similar enough to the name of the Autobot leader – Optimus Prime – to cause confusion.
We can't really see anyone mixing up a gigantic automaton from Cybertron and an Android tablet – but if Hasbro wins the case we could see a name change in the pipeline for the Tegra 3-powered slate.
If the next Michael Bay Transformers flick sees a gargantuan tablet saving Rosie Huntington-Whitely from peril however, then we'll know that Hasbro definitely has a valid point...

Fully agree with @razzmatazz and @PeteXT it was peculiar that they were getting away with that name, and only a matter of time before they had to make a change. I can't deny that the current name makes it that little bit more appealing.
