Napster app arrives on mobiles

19 May 2011

Better late than never. So the saying goes. In this case, Napster has just launched its Napster Unlimited plus Mobile service on iPhone and Android, nearly two years after Spotify went mobile. The service grants mobile streaming access to Napster’s impressive 15m song database for £10 per month or home streaming for a fiver. For mobiles finding it hard to get 3G, there’s an offline mode that grants offline access to the last 100 songs played. Spotify gives you 300 albums offline. There’s another saying that comes to mind. Too little, too late.
