If this turns out to be true the name apple itv as a name WILL not be as there is already a tv channel with that name and has been around for along time so apple will not be able to call it itv, unlucky apple, an apple product with out an I in front ha ha

Knowing apple, they'll stick with an iProduct and find some witty way around that (iVision, or similar) or sue. lol

Agree with bennyboytwin, it might be a problem in the UK. But Google had a similar problem with gmail, where they had to use googlemail for some time. So I think Apple will just buy ITV and create an ATV ('A' standing for apple obviously)
In the meanime they can call it eyeTV.

LG has been recognized as the best TV manufacturer coupled with their numerous awards this year. In this case, I don't think Apple is going to be able to live it up this time with their iTV.
