The rumours were pretty much true - the Xiaomi Redmi 3 got a design and specs upgrade all for a bargain price.
Looks-wise, it now sports a full metal body and fancy lattice design to create a surface that looks as though it was a myriad of diamonds stitched together.
With a 5in display, Snapdragon 616 octa-core processor, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage as well as dual-SIMs, the phone is made even more of a a steal with its 4100mAh battery.
Camera wise it has a 13MP front rear camera with PDAF and a 5MP front cam.
Price-wise, the phone is selling for RMB699 (~S$150) but no word as to when it'll officially be on sale here.
